Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a video of the unboxing process is required as proof to initiate the return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are exempt from being returned. These include:

• Customized or special-order items.
• Items that have been installed or used.
• Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at somyasolarenergy@gmail.com with proof of damage or defect.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our return address, which will be provided upon request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
